Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are delivered instantly. Once your purchase is complete, your files will be available on your order confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout. No waiting, no shipping required.

If you have trouble accessing your files, email me at katherine@rainey.studio and I'll get it sorted quickly.

Fine Art Prints

Production & Shipping

Every fine art print is made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be produced and delivered. You will receive a tracking number once your print has shipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the price of every fine art print. No surprises at checkout.

Where Orders Ship

Fine art prints ship within the United States only.

Original Art & Commissions

Original art ships crated and insured, usually within a week of payment. Shipping and insurance are included in the price within the continental United States. Timelines for commissioned pieces are agreed individually at the time of inquiry. Original art ships within the United States only.

International Orders

Prints and original art currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and you want something, email me at katherine@rainey.studio and I'll arrange it where I can. International orders are quoted individually, and you would be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Fine art prints are made to order, digital downloads are delivered instantly, and original art is one of a kind, so returns and exchanges aren't possible.

Something went wrong?

If your fine art print arrives damaged, email me at katherine@rainey.studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the print, and I'll reprint and reship it at no cost.

Original art can't be replaced, so if an original is damaged beyond repair in transit you'll get a full refund including shipping, against the insurance claim. If it can be repaired, I'll talk through the options before anything is decided.

For digital downloads, please double-check your spam folder if your files haven't arrived. If you're still having trouble, get in touch.
