This website is operated by Rainey Studio. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By accessing rainey.studio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

Rainey Studio offers the following product types:

Digital Downloads: high-resolution digital files delivered instantly after purchase. For personal use only.

Fine Art Prints: made-to-order prints produced on archival giclée paper, shipped directly to you.

Original Art: one-of-a-kind hand-drawn and painted works. All sales are final.

Commissions: custom artwork created to your specifications. Terms for commissions are outlined separately at the time of inquiry.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Rainey Studio reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Where an international order has been arranged in advance, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize Rainey Studio to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

5. Digital Downloads

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email and on your order confirmation page. This link is for your personal use only.

You may print digital files for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use any Rainey Studio digital artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Katherine Rainey Shuler.

Digital downloads are final sale. Refunds are not available once a file has been delivered.

6. Fine Art Prints & Original Art

All fine art prints are made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your print has shipped.

Original art ships crated and insured, usually within a week of payment. Shipping and insurance are included in the price within the continental United States.

All sales on fine art prints and original art are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at katherine@rainey.studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the artwork.

For a damaged fine art print, we will produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Original artwork is one of a kind and cannot be replaced. If an original is damaged beyond repair in transit, you will receive a full refund including shipping, against the insurance claim. If the piece can be repaired, we will talk through the options with you before anything is decided.

7. Commissions

Commission inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis. A separate agreement will be provided outlining timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, and usage rights prior to any work beginning. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission slot.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on rainey.studio are the exclusive property of Katherine Rainey Shuler and Rainey Studio. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used in any form without prior written consent.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You are purchasing a physical or digital reproduction of the artwork, not the artwork's copyright. This applies to original artwork as well: the physical painting is yours, the copyright remains with the artist.

9. Shipping

Fine art prints and original art ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the price of every fine art print, and crated shipping and insurance are included on original art within the continental United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Digital downloads are delivered by email and are available worldwide.

If you are outside the United States and would like a print or an original, please contact us at katherine@rainey.studio and we will arrange it where we can. International orders are quoted individually, and the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

10. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Fine art prints are made to order, digital downloads are delivered instantly, and original artwork is one of a kind, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at katherine@rainey.studio and we will do our best to make it right.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rainey Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at rainey.studio/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
